Ms. Grott has more than 30 years of experience as an accountant and was certified as a CPA in 1997. She specializes in planning, consulting, and taxation for individuals, businesses, and not-for-profit organizations-including finance reporting and compliance.

Prior to WLGA Ms. Grott was Managing Partner of Manzi and Associates, LLC (formerly Baker, Manzi and Company), a certified public accounting firm headquartered in North Andover, Massachusetts. At Manzi, Ms. Grott provided services to employee benefit plans, labor unions, not-for-profit organizations, small businesses, and individuals. Her responsibilities included management supervision support and performance on financial, taxation, and operational matters. Prior to her work at Manzi, Ms. Grott was a Mutual Fund Accountant at State Street Bank in Boston, MA and a Pension Accountant at The Boston Company in Boston, MA.

Ms. Grott is licensed as a CPA in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Societies of CPAs. She is a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire.

Originally from Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, Ms. Grott currently resides in Rye Beach, NH, with her family.
